Terms & Conditions

AGREEMENT TERMS:

1. Performance Duration and Timing:

   • DJ Jash agrees to perform a maximum of 3 hours at the event.
   • Performance will take place between [Start Time] and [End Time], with overtime charged at [X amount] per hour.

2. Travel and Accommodation (For Out-of-State or International Gigs):

   • The Client agrees to arrange and cover all travel expenses, including airfare, accommodation, and ground transportation for DJ Jash.
   • Airfare will be booked at least one month in advance.
   • Accommodation will be confirmed at least one month prior to the gig.
   • Ground transportation will be arranged from the airport to the venue and back.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Total performance fee: [X Amount].
   • Deposit: [70%] to be paid upon signing this agreement.
   • Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event.
   • Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the Client and confirmed one month before the event date.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Event cancellation within [15 days] will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
   • Travel and accommodation arrangements will be reimbursed if the event is canceled within [10 days] of the scheduled performance.
